Fitness experience is not required to become an Ellipse Fitness franchisee.  We are looking for positive people who have good interpersonal skills and want to make an impact in their community.  Our ideal candidate has experience with sales, marketing and is comfortable managing people.

We believe in developing long-term relationships with our franchisees and have a vested interest in your success.  Training and support are our number one priorities. We will teach you business operations, customer service, sales, class instruction, weight loss and nutritional programs details and more. If you are committed, success driven and desire to improve the health and wellness in your community Ellipse Fitness is the ideal franchise for you. 

We provided several options to help you train your staff.  They can be trained at our corporate headquarters to learn at our existing locations, or they can be trained by you at your location.  We provide you training manuals and instructional DVDs to help facilitate the process.

One important component to your success is finding the optimal location.  Although the final decision is yours, our team will help find a suitable location, negotiate your lease, and assist you with the design, layout and construction of your facility. 

Our marketing and graphics design staff is prepared to give you assistance with pieces designed to not only to attract new members, but help with member retention.  We have numerous marketing packages to choose from for your grand opening including TV  and radio commercials, web marketing and direct mail.

We have designed a business model that works.  The key to your success is a wiliness to follow our system.  We do, however, encourage suggestions and feedback as the fitness industry is constantly changing.  While we have our own proprietary exercise classes, franchisees are permitted to entertain additional programs that may help attract more members.  Please note our franchisees are required to receive approval from Ellipse prior to scheduling additional programs.
