Ellipse Fitness has unique exercise and nutritional programs that are fun and achieve results.  We avoid the traditional non personal, key-card concepts; dated, circuit club concepts; and corporate, “big box” gym concepts by offering a personal dynamic and innovative class based model that commands higher monthly fees, requires less space and reduces attrition.
