Ellipse Fitness-Oakville Presenting at the St. Louis Rams Training Camp for Women
St Louis, MO. – Ellipse Fitness in Oakville is teaming up with the St. Louis Rams to present at their training camp for women. The purpose of the event is to promote health and fitness for women of all ages and levels of fitness. Participants will have an opportunity to participate in different fitness classes, learn about nutrition and speak with fitness and health professionals. It’s a chance for people to learn about the different types of exercise options that are available in the market and see what they’re most comfortable with. Participants are encouraged to wear workout attire. In addition to taking classes, participants can attend a fashion show by Lululemon Athletica.
Ann Morrow, owner of Ellipse Fitness located on 6047 Telegraph Road, St Louis, MO is one of featured speakers who will be presenting on the importance of diet and nutrition:
“The fitness world has toted for years the 80/20 rule. This rule emphasizes how important our nutrition is in direct ratio to our exercise routines. At Ellipse Fitness, we believe it is more like 90/10. It is that important. We will be sharing recipes and fat loss tips, busting myths, and demonstrating some of the best, metabolic exercises according to the most recent scientific studies published to date. We are honored to offer this type of education to the public as obesity numbers and health care costs climb to all time highs.”
Ellipse Fitness is one of the few fitness centers in the area to offer nutrition coaching in conjunction with a high-quality fitness program. According to Morrow:
“There is more to the equation than exercise. It’s not just what you do at the gym; it’s what you do when you are not at the gym. A sound nutrition program is the foundation to weight loss and long-term success. Proper diet and nutrition combined with a good exercise program is the key to achieving your short and long term fitness goals. ”
Training Camp will be held at the Russell Training Center located at 1 Rams Way, St. Louis, Missouri 63045 on March 20, 2011 from 10:00am-2:00pm. Tickets are $20 at the door. Advance tickets may be purchases for $15 online at www.brownpaperbagtickets.com by using the discount code “ELLIPSE.”
