Join Ellipse Fitness at our 5th Annual Victory over Violence event on Saturday, October 22nd. Victory over Violence (VOV) is a 4 hour fitness marathon to raise donations for Harbor House of Appleton. The fitness marathon includes segments of cardio kickboxing, strength training, partner cardiovascular work, and a steady stream of pumped up music to keep participants energized and motivated. In the past four years we have raised over $45,000.
